1. Principle of magnetic latching relay -- Introduction

Magnetic latching relay is also a kind of relay, but it has more stable performance, smaller volume and stronger carrying capacity than other relays. The magnetic hold relay is essentially an automatic switch that automatically turns a circuit on or off. It usually relies on the magnetism of a permanent magnet to maintain a stable state. If it needs to change its state, it only needs a pulse signal to excite it.

2. Principle of magnetic hold relay

The contact of the magnetic holding relay is in a stable state under the influence of the magnetic force of permanent magnet. If it is necessary to change the switching state of the contact, only a DC pulse voltage is applied to the coil. It perfectly shows the transition of the magnetic latching relay from the "reset" state to the "set" state.

3. Principle of magnetic hold relay -- contact form

In a circuit, the coil of a relay is represented by a rectangular box marked with the "J" symbol next to it. There are two forms of expression in the contact relay circuit: one is to draw the rectangular box on the contact side, and the other is to draw the difference between the contact in the respective control circuit, and the mark text symbol execution.

4. Principle of magnetic holding relay -- selection

There are three factors to consider when selecting magnetic latching relays. One is whether the current and voltage provided by the control circuit meet the requirements of the voltage and current of the relay; Second, how many sets of contacts and types are needed, and whether the size of existing relays is appropriate; The third is the volume of the appliance, considering the installation and layout of the circuit board.
